For my extra credit drawling, I really just wanted to draw something really creative. I drew animals in boxed floating into the sky. I didn't want to draw something common (like flowers) instead, I wanted to create my own unique piece of are. The only thing that I needed was paper and a pencil.

Now that my cup is finalized, I am very happy with the results. I really like the colors that I chose and I am glad that I didn't use too many. I also liked that I painted the inside with a bright color so that I can easily see my drink. This was my first time making a cup out of clay and I really enjoyed the project. If I could change one thing about my cup, I would probily add more designs to it. Overall, I am really happy with the results, and I believe that the mood of my cup is exciting because I used bright colors.
Through out taking this class I learned a lot of new skills. I completed projects that I never had before, and worked with materials that I had never worked with before. I used a lot of creativity, along with putting what I had learned to the test. I also realized that making art is not just on a piece of paper, there is art all around you in your day to day life. Art is a great way to show your creativity and I really enjoyed the taking this class.
I am so happy with the outcome of my box! It is defiantly my favorite project that I have worked on/completed all year. I love how each side of the box represents a different season. I also really like how with the fall side, I got creative and put a little extra paint on the tree so that it flows down like vines. The feeling of this project is creativity because there are so many interesting/cool pieces that are in it.
For the first iPad drawling I manly experienced with color and occupasity. I made the darker colors in the back and the lighter colors in the front so that you can see the darker colors under the lighter colors. I really like how it turned out.
The tree iPad drawling was a really cool project in my opinion. I like how we incorporated technology into our artwork. It helped me to learn that the lighter colors are always in the back to give the illusion of distance, and I thing that is really cool. Also, things get smaller the farther back they are to also give off the illusion of distance.
